You are looking at a very well handcrafted sterling silver multi-stone mosaic inlay cross pendant. The mosaic inlay materials are blue turquoise , green turquoise, mother of pearl and silver. As you can see this turquoise pendant has a nice contemporary mosaic cross design and comes with a 1mm 18" inch snake chain.
