You are looking at a handmade sterling silver turquoise heart pendant that comes with an 18" inch sterling silver snake chain. It is made out of genuine sterling silver and turquoise from Arizona. As you can see this pendant has a nice unique design with a nice heart shaped sleeping beauty turquoise gemstone.
